What are TRAINERS and TEACHERS
Last week I placed an order in preparation for a class tomorrow. This will be my first class with this company, and toys (i.e. “educational engagement tools”) are an integral aspect of my training and coaching style. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the order that resulted in a late delivery. This meant I wouldn’t receive the products in time for class. It’s an example of one of those situations as a trainer that you know you can make the best of but you’d really, really rather have it go the way you planned. Because of Sarah’s initiative and willingness to reship my order overnight (at the Trainer’s Warehouse expense), the toys have arrived in advance. I am incredibly grateful.
There are two important aspects at work here: A service representative who excels at customer satisfaction and a company/management team that empowers their employees to go above and beyond on behalf of the customer.
It is a model experience that I plan to use in every customer service class I teach. Thank you for exceptional products and superior customer service!

We have placed today an order for a Large Whaddya Know? Game because we are so happy with our current Junior size and want to upgrade to the larger unit. For several years we used the Junior Whaddya Know? Game. Last year I wrote your company explaining that the frame had broken and requested how to buy a replacement frame. I just want to take a minute to thank the Customer Service people at Trainers Warehouse. What a great staff! I had called last week because the stand to our Whaddaya Know? Game had broken. The purpose of the call was to see if it was possible to purchase just a new stand - not the entire game. Not only did they tell me that I could get a new stand, Trainers Warehouse sent me one free of charge! Now that’s excellent customer service!
