How Quickly Do We Ship?
We strive to ship your products on the next business day after we
receive your order (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have selected standard UPS Ground shipping, you can expect delivery within 1 to 7
business days after your order has shipped.
If any of your items are temporarily out of stock, we will call or email you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to let you know when you can expect your order.
If your order includes items that are both in and out of stock, we will also ask you if you wish to have your shipment split so that you can receive in-stock items immediately. Then, when an out of stock item does ship, it will ship at no charge to you (using UPS Ground).
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order that will contain full order information.
On-line Package Tracking!
If you are a registered* customer, you can track your package on-line. Up-to-date
information on your order status is available as well as your carrier tracking
number. Just click on "Log In" in the top right navigation bar, enter your email address and
password, then click on the link for "Order Status." Tracking
information will appear the day after you placed your order and will be updated daily. Once your order ships, you will also receive an email confirmation with your UPS tracking number.

Express shipment orders placed before 12 pm (noon) EST are processed and shipped the same day (Mon. - Fri. only, no holidays). Orders placed after 12 pm (noon) are shipped the next business day (Mon. - Fri.
only, no holidays).
To ensure your specific delivery date and time, please
call our office during business hours (see above), whenever possible.
Shipping Rates Most packages are sent via UPS from our warehouse in Natick,
MA. We calculate shipping charges based on the weight (and, occasionally, the dimensions of the packaging) of your merchandise; your particular shipping address; and the shipping method you select, using standard UPS shipping rates.
Please include a physical shipping address on all shipments. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Handling Fees
Our handling fee for U.S. shipments is $2.50/ package.
Estimating Shipping Costs
You
can estimate your shipping costs once you've finished shopping (U.S. shipping addresses only). When you
are viewing your shopping cart, just click on the Estimate Shipping button that appears below your items.
Multiple Shipping Addresses It's possible to split your order between multiple shipping
addresses, but first you must Register with our web store and Log in.
Then, just click on the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" button in the Shopping
Cart. You will then be able to choose a separate shipping address, and a
separate shipping method, for every item in your cart. If you want to
split shipping addresses among multiples of a single product (i.e., 25 of one
item to shipping address A and 20 of the same item to shipping address
B), then you must enter that item separately in your Shopping Cart. (Place 25
of the item in the Cart, and then go back to the product's page and enter the
second quantity and place it again in the Cart.)
International Shipments Trainers Warehouse has partnered with iShopUSA, our trusted international shipping experts, to deliver orders outside the United States. If your items need to be shipped outside the United States, you must click on the "International Checkout" button in your shopping cart to proceed with checkout. (APO and FPO addresses: see info at right.)
The items in your shopping cart will be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery.

Restricted Items: There is a small number of Trainers Warehouse products that we are not able to export outside of the U.S., due to their large size. When this is the case, we have included a restriction note in the product's description on our site.
APO/FPO Addresses: U.S. Military addresses are not considered international addresses. When completing your billing/shipping address, choose either California (APO), Florida (APO), or New York (APO) as your STATE, enter your designated zip code, and proceed through checkout. Do not select International as your STATE.
