Take a "Stand"
Your students will be happy to
hear you "take a stand" on the
importance of taking breaks and
moving around during a long
training session. For groups
that are usually "on the move,"
sitting for long periods can be
draining.
Pop the
Everybody Dance CD into your
player (yes, you're legally
licensed to play these songs in
front of your group), and
encourage people to stand up,
walk around, even do a little
dancing!
All it takes is a quick 2-5
minutes (1 song!) before you and
your group will be energized and
ready to get back to work.
