Powerpoint 6-Pack

Enhance retention with
game shows!

Each game in this all-new collection of Six PowerPoint Games is based on a popular TV game show--familiar to and enjoyed by all!

See how well learners are understanding and applying your lessons by adding your own questions into the game of your choice.

TIP OF THE MONTH
give them your warmest
 Welcome Image

Make your session participants feel like invited guests.  In a vibrant PowerPoint presentation, put each person's name on a single "Welcome" slide (i.e. "Welcome to Susie Eastwood").

Set the slideshow to "revolve" so that it reveals each name, one at a time, until you're ready to start. This welcome presentation is easy to do, memorable, and you'll make every one of your attendees feel special!

Thank you to Jason Stevens for sharing this idea on the Training and Development LinkedIN group discussion.

Trainers Warehouse has participated in several group discussions on LinkedIN. One that has been particularly active and interesting is the Training and Development Group's
"The ideal agenda or activities for the first hour in an Essential Skills (soft skills) Workshop."

The more than 100 comments posted were so chock full of wonderful suggestions that we thought it would be interesting and helpful to synthesize and organize the responses thematically, for easy reference and retrieval. It includes:
  • Agendas
  • Preparation to set the tone before the meeting starts
  • Probing question to stimulate discussion
  • Identifying and debriefing goals and objectives
  • Favorite exercises
  • Dealing with cell phones
