Find the flow
As my son's 4th grade teacher reminded me last night at Parents' Night, "learning should be just a little uncomfortable."
The concept, introduced by Hungarian professor, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, suggests that students are most engaged when a task is neither too easy nor too difficult.
To keep things fresh for ourselves, as trainers and teachers, we must also find our "flow," a balance between arousal and control -- keeping things fun and energized!

Encourage fidgeting
Give your group a boost by keeping the mood light in your training rooms. By keeping stress levels low, learners will be able to absorb more new material. During multi-day sessions, keep it fresh, by swapping in new fiddles at the start of each day.
