Use
teamwork
to
stop the bullying
Bullying
happens in both schools and corporate environments, but
teachers and trainers can make a difference!
"One
of the most important anti-bullying measures that
teachers can implement, they say, is frequently
structuring classroom activities that make students
interdependent and teach them to 'view individual
differences as unique sources of strength. It’s vital
that every student... be involved in endeavors that
draw them together'.”

teamwork. Get results!
Trainers
use "games" to teach teamwork for good reason.

Feature: EIGHT
STRATEGIES "How
to Use Stories to Increase Learning & Facilitate
Trainings" |
|
|
"We
communicate, think, and learn through stories," says
Terrence Gargiulo.
Stories
come in all different forms including personal
experiences, anecdotes, metaphors, analogies, or jokes.
The guiding rule for using stories in trainings or
workshops is to be sensitive to the group. By staying
tuned in to the group’s ever changing needs, you will be
able to find the right stories to tell at the right
time, elicit group member’s stories and increase
learning.
