Address Changes / Remove from Mail List
If you're a customer who has ordered in the past, or you've been receiving our print catalog at home or work, and you would like to update your name and address, please email us with the updated information. 

If you or someone in your office no longer cares to receive our print catalog, please email us with the name and complete address, and -- if you have it --the "keycode," and we'll gladly remove the name from our mailing list.

How to Buy

On-line purchases must be made with a credit card:   Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or SmartPay.

If you would like to order using a personal check or company purchase order number, print out this Printable Order Form and mail or fax it to us with your check or company purchase order. Or you can simply add your items to your online shopping cart, print the page, and fax or mail it to us with your P.O.

Tax-exempt organizations: please indicate your tax-exempt status and number in the "Special Instructions" section on the Checkout page. After your order has been placed, Trainers Warehouse will remove the tax charge from the order. Only orders that are shipped to a Massachusetts address are subject to tax.

Browse through our products and add your choices to your shopping cart. When you're finished shopping, click on "Buy Now" to go through checkout. Select shipping method and payment method. Be sure to complete all items completely.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order that will contain full order information.

If any of your items are temporarily out of stock, we will call or email you to let you know when you can expect your order.
If your order includes items that are both in and out of stock, we will also ask you if you wish to have your shipment split so that you can receive in-stock items immediately. Then, when an out of stock item does ship, it will ship at no charge to you (using UPS Ground).

Minimum Order
In order to avoid paying a disproportionate shipping fee, we recommend that your order total be at least $25.00.

Repeat Order
It's easy to do repeat orders on the web! If you'd like to order the same thing as you've ordered in the past, just log in to your account, click on Order Status, click on the order number you'd like to repeat, and then click on the link for "Click here to Repeat this order."
