"When I received my order from Trainers Warehouse, the items did not meet my expectations … they exceeded them! I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of them all. I’ve already recommended your company to some other professionals I know who buy giveaways and training materials."

Get Feedback from PowerPoint: A Live Training & Event Tool
Trainers, educators, and presenters looking to create interactive, measurable, and engaging programs often require more than static images and standard PowerPoint slides to properly communicate with their audience. Audience involvement and attendee comprehension have been traditionally limited by what can be gleaned from a round of applause or a sea of raised hands. To help presenters, trainers and meeting organizers better understand what their audience is thinking, Meridia developed the Get Feedback from PowerPoint system.
Get Feedback from PowerPoint is an audience response tool that allows presenters, trainers and educators to ask their event attendees interactive questions using Microsoft's PowerPoint platform. The questions are simply typed into a PowerPoint slide and posed to an audience. The audience then uses hand-held keypads to respond to the questions in real time. Once the system receives all of the votes, the responses can be displayed in a graph or recorded in a report for future analysis.
Meridia's Get Feedback from PowerPoint system is a combination of 100% PowerPoint integrated software and audience response hardware that is simple to set up, easy to learn, and intuitive to work with. The software capitalizes on a user's existing knowledge of PowerPoint, allowing first time users to create memorable and engaging presentations with a few clicks of the mouse. In addition to the software, radio frequency keypads and a USB receiver work together to gather immediate feedback from the participants.

As participants respond to questions using the handheld keypads, their opinions, thoughts, and knowledge levels are captured, compiled, and displayed on command by the presenter. All participant data is stored directly within the presenter's PowerPoint file, allowing it to be easily retrieved and made into a variety of reports and formats (Excel, Word, CSV and HTML).
Who's it good for?
Presenters - Break up a standard didactic lecture with interactive elements. Find out who is in your audience by conducting a demographic analysis. Reinforce key presentation points with knowledge-based questions. Poll the audience on what they would like to discuss next.
Trainers - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through pre & post analysis. Assign keypads to individuals so that educational benchmarks, attendance and performance can be measured. Analyze training data so knowledge gaps can be targeted. Engage participants in competitive games and exercises.
Meeting and Conference Organizers - Incorporate technology and interactivity into live programs. Engage your audience by asking questions that directly relate to the goals and objectives of the event. Eliminate paper surveys by conducting speaker and conference evaluations electronically. Allow larger audiences to feel involved and connected by asking their opinions on key issues.
Sales Managers - Evaluate your team's product knowledge and sales proficiency. Incorporate trivia game applications into weekly meetings or national sales conferences. Survey prospective clients on decision time frame, product buy-in, and decision-making authority to better forecast monthly revenues.
Human Resource Managers - Conduct employee polling to understand how existent or new policies are received by the staff and keep your pulse on company morale. Use as a screening tool to evaluate groups of prospective hires. Electronically score prospective promotion candidates using pre-set rubrics.
Voting & Elections - Eliminate paper ballots and vote-counting time by conducting elections, by-law and amendment changes electronically.
Professional Educators - Document course outcomes using pre and post evaluations. Distribute continued education credits based on participation and session attendance. Conduct live case studies and vignettes to evaluate the groups' thoughts.
