The "Host Keypad" for Gameshow Slammers (#GASLAM2, GASLAM5, GASLAM8, GASLAM10) provides a wireless remote control that allows you to manage the game software from anywhere in the room, freeing you from the keyboard or mouse to manage the game show software.
You'll be free to move about the room, having more familiar and effective interaction with the participants. It allows you to:
- Indicate Correct or Wrong Answers
- Activate Sounds or Videos
- Disclose Correct Answers, Show Scores, Go to Next Question
With the wireless keypad, you can conveniently pause the game to emphasize important learning points or to take advantage of those "teachable moments."
The remote also includes a "SWAP" button, allowing you to switch back and forth, at the touch of a single button, from one software application to another. The most common use of this feature is the Swap between a content-based PowerPoint presentation and the game show software. You can present a few slides of the presentation and then easily Swap over to ask a couple of game show questions that are directly related to the presentation just given. Then SWAP back to the presentation to review important points or to continue, with the confidence that your participants are understanding.
