When whacked against your knee or the floor, each colored tube produces a particular note. The longer the tube, the lower the note.
Give each team member a different sized "Boomwhacker," and ask them to come up with a rhythmic and melodic creation in 10 minutes. Listen in awe to their live performances.
Aside from the energy and fun this creates, you'll enjoy a rich discussion about the challenges of leadership and teaming.
